Kodeksi i Theodosit i njohur edhe si Kodi Theodosian ishte një përmbledhje e ligjeve të Perandorisë Romake nën perandorët e krishterë, që nga viti 312. Një komision i veçantë u krijua nga Perandori Theodosi II dhe bashkë-perandori i tij Valentiniani i III më 26 mars 429. Përmbledhja do të botohej nga një constitutio e 15 shkurtit 438. Ajo hyri në fuqi në pjesët lindore dhe perëndimore të perandorisë, më 1 janar 439.
